• WELCOME

“But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.”

    1 Timothy 1:5

  • Part 2 - Why Are the Apostles So Encouraging? - Jesus Chose Them

In light of 1Th 5:16-18 (and a multitude of scripture), we must think of prayer as an integral part of the whole. Without prayer, the whole could not exist/function. Rejoicing, praying, and thanksgiving are borne of one root, therefore they increase/exist simultaneously.

  • Salvation Is Not a Destination

In many ways, salvation is better thought of as “coming from” somewhere (the slave market of sin) rather than “going to” somewhere (Heaven). The real issue is sin, not the final destination.

  • Part 2: Why Are the Apostles So Encouraging? By Grace, They Were Prepared

Why Does the True Believer Persevere?
One reason only; because God has literally changed them, made them new creatures in Christ, and then gave them His own Holy Spirit to empower them!

Part 4: Beware Where You Turn

Where is your heart regarding saving money? Is your heart hooked on it, for fear of not having enough one day??? The issue is what your heart is trusting in: in possessions or in the Lord!

>

Part 3: Beware Where You Turn

Repentance and faith are the daily way to walk with God, to be delivered daily from sin and death, experientially.

>

Part 2: Beware Where You Turn

Faith in Christ opens wide the door for us to have a relationship with God and understand the things of God, even experiencing His peace.

>

Beware Where You Turn

Only God's wisdom from God's Word can protect your heart from deception.

No One Sets Out To Be An Addict

So goes the life of the unbeliever who’s “putting off” the “big decision” about Jesus Christ...who says, “I’ve got this all under control...I’ll quit the self-life when I’m old and have sown my oats to the world...I’ll grab my portion of eternal life just in the nick of time!”

  • “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same." (Luke 6:32-33)

  • Peace...everyone wants it...so few have it.

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.” - Jesus Christ (John 14:27)

  • "Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person." (Colossians 4:6)

  • "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it" (Matthew 7:13-14).

  • “Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth" (John 17:17).
